S.O.S Soap Pads are quite possibly the world’s best kept secret when it comes to cleaning pots and pans (and a million other things around the house).

You might of seen them in the store, heard of them or remember your mom using them in the kitchen.  S.O.S pads has been an iconic brand and the nation’s #1* selling soap pad for almost 100 years, so it is no doubt that you have seen or heard of them.

I remember them growing up and even though a box of them did not cost much money, we were always strapped for cash.  Of course we had to cut corners and minimize usage of things growing up to save the spending.  One way we saved was always cutting the S.O.S Soap Pad in half.  This way we could prolong the box and still get our kitchen pots and pans clean!  Even now, I still cut my wool pads in half, my husband has watched me do it over the years that he reaches for the kitchen shearers when he gets out a S.O.S Soap Pad.

There are so many items and areas around your house that you can use S.O.S Soap Pads on!  When my husband was moving out of his college apartment that he shared with two other guys the bathroom was disgusting.   Just thinking about that tub now makes me cringe.  Well to help the boys get their deposit back I tackled that bathroom with S.O.S Soap Pads.   The scum, dirt and grime in that tub was no match for the S.O.S Soap Pad.  After a few pads and a few hours of scrubbing that bathroom was clean.   We still use  S.O.S Soap Pads in the bathrooms to clean hard water stains, soap scum and grime, only difference is it is not years worth of accumulation.
