How to Clean a Cutting Board with S.O.S® Non-Scratch Scrubbers

After using the Non-Scratch Scrubber to clean food and debris from the cutting board, simply toss the scrubber to avoid cross contamination. No need to sanitize a brush or sponge. Clean up is quick and easy!

How to sanitize a cutting board:

  • Plastic cutting board: After cleaning off all food debris with an S.O.S® non-scratch scrubber, soak the cutting board in a solution using 2 teaspoons of Clorox® Regular-Bleach per gallon of water. Let stand 2 minutes, then air dry.
  • Wood cutting board: When cleaning wooden cutting boards, use approximately 2 tablespoons of Clorox® Regular-Bleach per gallon of water to create a sanitizing solution. Scrub all food debris off board with an S.O.S® non-scratch scrubber then apply solution. Let stand 2 minutes. Rinse with a solution of 2 teaspoons of Clorox® Regular-Bleach per gallon of water. Do not rinse or soak overnight.
